Hello Pet Owners!
We are George and Uta, a pet-loving couple originally from the UK and Germany, now happily settled just 2 minutes from the beautiful Westerpark in Amsterdam. Although we're new to Pawshake, we have recently been sitting dogs for our friends privately and enjoyed it so much that we wanted more!
We're open to sitting dogs cats and small rodents! And are looking to build a roster of regular furry customers.
We both grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, and guinea pigs, and we are passionate about providing top-notch care for your furry friends, whether it’s through pet sitting, walking, or home visits.
We have a second story apartment minutes from Westerpark which offers a wonderful space for daily walks and playtime, ensuring your pets get plenty of exercise and outdoor fun. We also provide lots of cuddles, attention, and playtime to keep them happy and engaged.
At least one of us is usually working from home, so rest assured your pets will never be left unattended. We can also accommodate special requests such as administering medication and keeping up with training routines.
We enjoy traveling and surfing, and we look forward to owning a pet (or three) of our own someday (when our travel plans slow down). In the meantime, we want to share our love for animals by taking care of yours. We know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your beloved pets in someone else's care.
Its also important that your pet (particularly dogs) are introduced to us by the owner, ideally at your home if we're to collect them/dog sit. How would you feel if a stranger arrived at your house un announced to take you away? This can be done at the first booking.
Of course we will happily spam you with regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind and see how well your pets are doing.
