Hi! Nice to meet you fellow animal friend 😊 I'm Melissa, 29-years-old and living in Arnhem with my boyfriend and cat. I speak both Dutch 🇳🇱 and English 🇬🇧. Growing up with all kinds of animals around me (cats, dogs, guinea pigs, horses) I've always been a big animal lover.

To me, pets don't feel as just 'a pet' but as a family member that deserves all the care, attention, and love. I enjoy spending time with them, even if they are just sleeping nearby and I'm reading a book. Or if they feel like it, play and cuddle.

Some pets come with a little 'user manual', whether that's medical or behavioral. For 14 years, I've had a dog that was not easy to handle due to his traumatic past. So I know what it's like to deal with dogs that can be a bit anxious or difficult with other dogs. Recently I've had to provide extra medical care for my cat that I've had since childhood. From tube feedings to giving oral medications, it has been no problem whatsoever.

As someone who wouldn't trust that many people with my pets I know how important it is to find someone that you know is not only providing them the necessary care, but also handles them in the same way as you would do. So I will take extra care in getting to know them so they will feel happy and healthy!
