About Katie
Hi there! My name is Katie & I'm an Irish girl living in Amsterdam for over 3 years now. I adore all animals (but have a strong bias for golden retrievers, having grown up with a beautiful boy called Alfie and recently welcoming Silly Billy to my family home back in Ireland). I grew up surrounded by animals on a farm, & living in the city I'm really missing having animals in my life.
My hobbies include squash, cycling, Aperol spritz, reading, sea swimming, climbing mountains & photography.
I'm available for dog walking, day & overnight cat/dog sitting, I will also throw in a free photoshoot!! 📸
If you need a reference you can ask my best friend's cat Spooky - he is available on 06122GUD4U but he is slightly unreliable due to his busy schedule of napping and trying to destroy the couch legs. Looking forward to meeting your beloved pet & making sure you are worry free while you can't be with them. 😊

< 1 years of experience
2+ years of experience with a very nervous and anxious black cat. Helped build trust with him by coming over and having his owner welcome me enthusiastically, helping the owner feed him, visibly taking an interest in his toys and cleaning his part of the house, letting him come to me, and in general letting him come to me before approaching him for rubs/pets.
A lifetime of experience with big/small/medium dogs, including farm dogs who require lots of learning opportunities and work to be happy, anxious dogs who require lots of love, and less intellectual dogs who require lots of supervision so they don’t run head first into a wall chasing after a fly.
