Hello! My name is Charlene, and I’m from Taiwan. I’m currently studying Animal Science at Wageningen University & Research, specializing in Animal Behavior and Animal Nutrition. Besides being a student, I’m also a basketball player and a passionate pet lover! I absolutely love spending time with dogs, running and playing with them on the grass, chasing each other, and having fun. I bet your adorable pet will enjoy an exciting day with me!

My love for animals started at a very young age when I first played with my parents’ friend’s dog. While most kids would be scared if a dog jumped on them, I was the opposite, I just wanted to hug them, roll on the floor with them, run around the living room, or play fetch. I realized that seeing dogs happy made me happy too!

As I grew older, I decided to study Animal Science to learn more about animals, and I also worked at an animal rescue organization. I helped taking care for over 170 rescued dogs, aiding in their recovery by administering subcutaneous injections, changing dressings, monitoring daily behavior, and recording their dietary status. I made sure every dog received attention, exercise, a balanced diet, and most importantly, love and happiness!

I also have a cute black Shiba Inu named Emma back in Taiwan, and I miss her so much! It would be wonderful to spend time with pets here, not just for satisfying my love for them, but also to help support my expensive tuition fees.
