I’m Johanna, an animal lover with a big soft spot for dogs. I moved to Utrecht from Spain four years ago and live with my boyfriend, Gerben. While we hope to adopt a dog of our own in the future, for now we love welcoming dogs into our home when their owners need to travel.

We mainly offer dog boarding in our home. We usually care for one dog at a time (or dogs from the same household), so your pet gets plenty of attention. We both mostly work remotely, so your dog will rarely be alone and never for long periods.

Dogs go on three walks per day of at least 30 minutes, adjusted to their needs, and also enjoy time in our fully fenced, secure backyard (if the Dutch weather allows it). We’re happy to follow your dog’s routine and can administer basic oral medication if needed.

Of course, your dogs are allowed throughout our cozy home and can sleep indoors in a spot that feels comfortable for them. We don’t have other pets, and we aim to create a calm, loving environment where your dog feels safe and at home.
