My name is Iva and I am currently a second-year student at University College Utrecht. I am studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and hope to become a researcher in this field one day. I am living on campus at UCU, which means that I have a large outdoor area available for running and playing with your pets! This is not only fun, but also safe
since the campus is closed for non-students. Unfortunately, living on campus also means that the indoor space is not very big, so it will be most comfortable for smaller animals. Therefore, both active and shy pets will be able to find a place where they feel comfortable - either running outside on the grass or snuggled in a corner on the couch.
I love animals and taking care of them comes naturally to me. I have had numerous cats, a tortoise and a couple of small parrots as pets while I was younger, so I have had experience with a diversity of animals. I now have a black cat named Asha and a white Samoyed dog named Eddie (on the pictures), who have very different characters. Eddie is a very active and affectionate dog, so I take him out for walks almost every day. Asha, on the other hand, is a very independent cat and prefers to be alone most of the time, but this does not stop me from showing my own affection towards her. Asha has also taught me how to deal with such animals who do not like people very much, so not to disturb them, but nevertheless to show them love and take proper care of them.
I can come by your house to feed, pet, groom or play with your pet. Alternatively, you can also bring your pet to my home to stay with me, so that I can take care of it for an unlimited time. This will allow you to peacefully do your work or go on a holiday while knowing your best friend is in good hands. I also offer walking services if your pet is in need of some active time. Whatever the type or character of your pet, I am sure we will find a way to get along and have a good time!
