Our goal is to make your dog feel at home with us.

We are a couple who is crazy about dogs. After dog sitting for many years, we had our own dog, an older stray dog called Liloe who recently passed away. Now we would love to spend our time giving your dog the best ‘home away from home’ experience. Every dog is unique and we love to hear from you what you think your dog needs most from our stay with us.

We have a nice and clean two bedroom apartment in Utrecht, city centre, close to the Stadsschouwburg. It is on the ground floor, so no stairs. When we open our back door, we step onto the singel of Utrecht where there is a big dog park. Next to walking your dog in the park, we also love to go to the forest and / or to our big vegetable allotment in Utrecht Lunetten! We attached a couple of photos of the allotment in the photo gallery. This allotment has a fence all around and your dog has a lot of freedom there to run/roll/sleep/play on this grass. We adjust our activities to what your dog needs. Some dogs need a lot of activities/running/playing/games and others like to avoid unnecessary stimulation and want some peace!

We are home a lot, since we can both work from home if we want. We usually walk 3 or 4 times a day, but it depends on what your dog is used to. We will also talk with you about what your dog is used to when it comes to being home alone for a bit! If we can, we usually like to bring the dog with us wherever we go. We understand that some dogs need adjusting to being in a new environment and we are mindful about that.

We love making long walks, or being in the vegetable garden with the dog. At home we have a cosy (orthopaedic) dog bed ready. If your dog is up for a drive with the car: we have a car and a dog seatbelt. Soesterduinen here we come!

We are ideally looking for dogs that match with us, who are looking for daycare more often than just once. We prefer stay overs of a couple of days - or longer periods. We host one dog at a time, to make sure he/she has all our attention.
