I am an Italian student currently studying Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University, and while I absolutely love my academic path, I deeply miss the company of my four cats back home in Italy. I was born and raised with cats — they have always been part of my life — and I cannot imagine a home without them. Unfortunately, because I live in student housing, I could not bring my own cats with me to the Netherlands. That is why I would be so happy to take care of other people’s cats and give them all the affection I cannot give to mine at the moment.

As you can see from my photos, I truly adore cats. Not only have I lived with many of them, but I am also the type of person who stops in the street to pet and cuddle any cat I come across. My friends are used to waiting for me during our travels because I always pause to admire or play with cats. In Greece it was almost a disaster — there were cats everywhere, and I wanted to greet each of them! Even here in Utrecht, I once sat on the sidewalk for ten minutes to cuddle a street cat. I hope this shows just how strong my love and passion for cats really is.
