Hi, being a pet sitter has always been a dream job for me, because to me it isn't felt like a job. Most of the times, while I live here I frequently fed and care for neighbourhood cats. I think it's because I love animals, I feel that they also reciprocate by feeling comfortable and relax around me. So far, I have the opportunity to care for dogs (German shepherd, shih tzu, mongrels and bullterrier), stray cats and Syrian hamsters. Back home in Indonesia I am allowed to have pets. But going abroad to study in the Netherlands and living in a student housing, the housing company won't allow me to own a pet.
Pets are such a great companion. They are not judgemental and has an innocent character. Humans are more complicated. Part of why I click with my current BF is because he owns 2 lovely female bullterriers and we both share the same love for them. I refer them as 'kids', because that's who they are to me. I often do housesit for the kids when my BF is away for work.
I am not a professional dog groomer, but I’ve cared for a Shih Tzu and other dogs and I know how to also bath them, trim their hair other than doing basic care (play, feeding etc) for them. If you ever hire me, I will do my best as your loved one companion and treat them as precious as my own.
For dog walking it would last up to 30 minutes per booking. For home visits it would last up to 45 minutes per booking, plus another extra 5 Euro if you want me to also do a bit of grooming (for this I would require you to provide the grooming tools such as shampoo, towel, nail clipper, scrub, scissor and hair dryer).
For language capacity I am a native Indonesian speaker, master English language up to B2 proficiency and so far, Dutch language up to A1+ proficiency.
I hope I have informed you sufficiently, if you have any other question don't hesitate to contact me. Have a good day! :)
