Hello, my name is Sammy and I am a Canadian/Colombian living in Ottawa. I absolutely love spending time with and taking care of animals, and I’d love to help you out when you’re unable to be with them!
I'm currently working but have a very flexible schedule so I am open and available to help you out with whatever services and support you may require. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats with my family during my whole life and have done dog walking, cat-sitting and a variety of pet care for several years. I live alone and can devote my time to taking care of your pet and making sure they are comfortable while you are away. I have experience caring for animals and can recognize their emotions and will ensure your pet feels at ease when they are left under my care.
I’m very responsible, caring and attentive to details to ensure that you feel comfortable and secure in allowing me to take care of your pet. I love to learn about the personality of each animal and tailor my services to make them feel as happy as possible!
I also speak English, Spanish and French and will make sure to take care of your pets exactly as you describe, in order to ensure that they feel at home!

I can walk more than one dog at the same time but would prefer to walk one at a time to ensure I can devote my attention to each pet and take care of them properly. I can board more than one dog at the same time as well, provided they get along and so this would be on a case-by-case basis to make sure each dog was comfortable.
I can be homes with the dogs at all times, but can communicate with you (the owner) to make sure I understand how independent each dog is and how long they can feel comfortable being left alone at my home. This is important in case I need to go grocery shopping or need to leave to a location where I can't take them with me. However, I'll always try to plan my days accordingly so I can stay with them as much as you require.
I am available full-time as a student writing my thesis at home and currently staying inside most of the time due to the quarantine and pandemic situation.
I currently live alone but have a girlfriend who can help me care for your pets and keep them company if I need to leave for a few hours, so your pets should always have someone looking after them with me! They will be able to sleep in their bed nearby and I'll do anything to keep them as comfortable as they are when they're home with you!
