Aurelia

Hi Pet owners! My name is Aurelia and I come from Indonesia and I just recently graduate from my master's degree in The Hague. I signed up for pet sitter because I am super in love with dogs. I used to have some dogs, but the last one was Pomeranian named "Doni". I and my family raised him as a part of our family and we always avoid to leave him alone. We always try to put our attention on him. I really love to build emotion with my dog by talking to him. I even always sleep with my dog. Some of my friends think that I was crazy enough to talk to dogs and I was humanizing my dog too much. But that is the perks of having dogs, right? :D However, due to illness, Doni died in the last November and it was devastating for me as I was far away from him. Eventually, my parents then decided to adopt another Pomeranian, we named it Maxi. Though I haven't met him, I always try to make a video call with my parents to see Maxi.

I love to take care of dogs as I think they have a really strong bond with humans. I am able to give dogs a bath because I used to bath my own dog back then in Indonesia. And I really love dogs with long hair as I really enjoy to take care of their hair and comb it. Before I came here, I used to comb my dog's hair every morning after my dog's wake up :)

Though I haven't had to do pet sitting before, I have helped some of my friends here who are currently also become pet-sitter. I took turns to walk the door and accompany the dog. Having seen some of my friends becoming a pet-sitter and having bonds with the dogs is also motivating me to sign up for being a pet-sitter. I am living in share-flat with my other 2 friends whom are also dog lovers. Our flat is well-maintained and I can assure you that your dogs will always be welcome at our flat. So, you do not need to be worry to trust me for taking care of your dogs. I actually love all type of dogs, but currently, I prefer to accommodate the small and medium size of dogs regardless the gender.
