Hi there, my name is Monique - a 36 year old South African living and working in Rotterdam. My partner and I moved here in January 2023 for his MBA at Erasmus. We both grew up with dogs and are completely obsessed with all animals.

In April 2024 we adopted Leo, a 1 year old (at the time) golden retriever who LOVES other dogs, cats, people and kids. We're not yet ready to get another dog (although we'd love to have lots in the future) and we've really enjoyed dog sitting and cat sitting for friends so we have decided to extend our services on this platform as we already use it when we need someone to look after Leo.

We are real home bodies and one of us is usually working from home to ensure Leo isn't alone. (Some weeks he's alone for 1 day/ 8 hours). We love exploring different parks around Rotterdam, trying out new breakfast spots, going for picnics or cuddling on the couch with Leo when it's cold or raining.

We have a big garden which makes toilet breaks for the dogs very easy. It's also completely fenced.

We'd love to look after dogs that is similar to Leo's size that will play with Leo and is okay on the lead. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
