Not a professional sitter, however, I believe being good at sitting an animal is not about how much experience you have doing it but how much you care for them and want to interact with them. I have a cat the last 4 years so I definitely know my way around them and I think a lot of stuff I have learned from my cat can be transferred to other animals as well. I don't know how to to train animals except if the super basic stuff which you will probably know how to do yourself as a pet owner, however, I sure can entertain them. I also have a gecko called Uma and she is a recent addition to the family. She has taught me a lot about taking care of animals since she is pretty demanding. Lastly, I really like walks and take them quite often so what better thing to do to than have a dog keeping me company (while I keep company to him of as well course..)!!

Having an unvaccinated pet over will not be a problem.
