Hello! My name is Monique. I am a veterinarian from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!.

After graduating in 2017, I moved to Canada with my husband, where I had the opportunity of an externship in a vet hospital working with radiology (my passion!) for 8 months. In my spare time there, I volunteered in a cat shelter, from where we adopted our 2 lovely cats that now live in a much warmer country (and we can tell how much they appreciate that!).

Now that we moved to The Netherlands with our baby daughter, I am a full-time mom to our 2 and 4-legged babies, and have flexible times that I would love to spend taking care of your pet!

Since I was a little girl, I've always liked to be around pets. I've had dogs, cats, birds, and even a rabbit! As a teenager, I knew that my love for animals, and my desire to help them would lead me to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine. I am very happy with my choice and miss being around animals all the time like I am used to when working. Since I am both a foreigner and a pet owner, I can fully understand how it feels like when you are busy or need to be out of town but have no one that could take care of your pets. I have then decided to join my experience, love for animals and availability, to offer a service for people who, like myself, need it!
