Denitsa

Hi, I'm Denitsa, working as a lecturer in Communication Science at UvA. This is a side gig I'm doing just to be able to be closer to animals. I originally worked as a sitter for a year in Denmark and have continued here in the Netherlands since 2019. I've had pets all my life - dogs, cats, birds, a bunny. I take great joy in human-animal companionships! I appreciate the importance of knowing your pet is in good hands, and am happy to meet their specific needs. :-) At the moment I also have a spacious flat with a garden so its perfect for dog- (or cat-) sitting! Also right next to a park, so ideal for doggy walks.

I have moderate experience with rescue animals which I got as a volunteer at an Animal Farm Sanctuary in Scotland where the majority of animals where taken in to avoid putting them to sleep. Additionally, I launched a fundraiser in aid of one dog who needed very expensive medication biweekly.

I'm relatively mobile and willing to travel some distances. Dont hesitate to reach out!
