My name is Alex Taylor and I'm a petaholic. Originally from New Zealand, I've jetsetted across the world, living in several different places - this comes in part and parcel with my career as an easel paintings conservator. But in every place I've lived, I've assisted both friends and strangers with pet sitting. You see, I grew up surrounded by a motely of animals; from dogs to axolotyls. I can't seem to break away from caring for furry faced creatures, or feathered, scaled things. 

During my studies in Melbourne I joined a similar pet sitting platform called "MadPaws". This introduced me to the joy of combining adventure and exploration with pet care. Being able to travel is a blessing, and I wouldn't trade it with the world. But pet sitting is the cherry on top. 

I'm reliable, experienced and exceptionally communicative. I will keep you informed at every step of whatever journey/role you would like me to undertake with your pet; whether it be dog walking, cat grooming or feeding the birds. I enjoy hanging out with creatures of all shapes and sizes, although I do hold a special place in my heart for Burmese cats - having owned two (dastardly cute little fiends - I was smitten since day dot) - and border collies - because who doesn't like unlimited energy and sharp wit on four legs?
