Dear fellow animal-lover,

I would like to tell you a small story. This summer I rescued a dog from Greece. He was tied to a tree and the owner was only coming every three days to give her some food. When we first met her, we called her “Buddy” and we fell in love with this beautiful dog.

Unfortunately, she could barely walk because she was so starved. We took care of her the next couple of days. She was always so happy to see us and didn’t wanted us to leave her again. It was horrible to see her suffer, so we knew we had to do something. We ask at a rescue farm what we could do and got medicine for her. In the end we been able to convince the owner to let us buy your beloved Buddy from her. My parents, boyfriend and I been very relieved that we could save her life. And it was a very special experience for all of us. Buddy was so happy that she was finally free and could leave the tree she was tied to for the first time of her life.

My name is Lisa and I am 23-year-old German girl. I study psychology and lived her already for the last 2 ½ years. I would be so happy to have the honour to take care of your beloved animal and go for a walk. I love animals with all my heart, which is also the reason why I don’t eat animal products. I been dog sitting in Germany before and went for many walks with the dog of my grandmother. Moreover, I had rabbits and mice when I lived in Germany. During my stay in New Zealand I work on a farm with alpacas, horses and cats for 3 months.
