Bahar

My name is Bahar, and I live with my husband Aydin in Leiden. We are both expats and have been living in the Netherlands since early 2016. I teach at the unviersity, and since the start of the Covid pandemic, I have been working from home for 3 to 4 days per week. I am a pet lover and enthusiast, and have been living with animals and caring for them since early childhood. Currently, I have a cat of 8 years old, and she has been an indispencible member of our small family since her birth. We care deeply for the well being and the comfort of our pet cat, and we thrive for delivering the same care for other pets. We really enjoy caring and spending time with cats and dogs, but since our living situation doesn't allow it, we cannot have more than an indoor cat. But we do have plenty of experience with taking care of our friend's pets, keeping them happy and organized, and providing them with a safe and trustworthy shelter during short visits. Pawshake is a great platform to extend this service to many more pets and pet owners, and making new furry friends :)

Our house is a 3 story row house (rijtjeshuis) in the suburbs of Leiden, with a big beautiful (closed) back garden. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful, with plenty of green space and grasslands around us for walking dogs. We also have a car and we can provide drop off and pick up services if necessary.
