My name is Cameron and I am an international student from Ireland studying in for the last 3 years in Groningen. I grew up on a farm surrounded by all different types of animals from cats and dogs to horses and sheep. I love taking care of pets, whether that's playing on the floor with your cat or taking your dog out to the park for a long walk. I miss my pets back home and can't have any in my apartment here so my friend recommended me this app as a way to care for animals here. I am willing to do daily dog walks or cat check ins as well as longer term pet sitting for when you owners are gone from the city for a while. I love all types of pets with different personalities, so whether yours is quiet or outgoing I'm sure we'd get along. I am available at all different times throughout the day as I have a very flexible schedule. When checking in on pets I am willing to stay and keep your pet company for a few hours or a few minutes, whatever you prefer as it is your house. Dog walking is also dependent on the pet. I am someone who loves going on long walks that could take up to two or three hours which is great for active dogs, but if your dog is smaller or less used to this type of exercise, short walks around the neighborhood or local park will be preferred for their enjoyment. I also feel it is important to mention that my childhood pet has cancer towards the end of his life, so I have plenty of experience administering oral medication with creative ways to trick them when they are adamant not to eat it like my dog was. Your pet will be cared for and safe when with me with picture updates if you'd like and plenty of treats and pets.
