I’m (Simone) 25 years old, amsterdam local and currently studying at the University of Amsterdam. Since I only need to be at uni about 5 hours a week, I have a lot of flexibility and spend most of my time working from home. The days I have classes I am gone for a maximum of 2 hours, uni is a 5 min cycle. 😊

My partner (Sam) is 25 years old, from England and working on his phd. Due to this his has lots of days where he works from home. He grew up with a labrador and cats all his life and love animals very much. 🦮🐈‍⬛

I live in a cozy studio (27m2) in Amsterdam-east (close to amstel station). Lots of green spaces near me! (Park frankendael, oosterpark etc)🌲

Over the years, I’ve regularly helped friends and family with pet sitting and dog walking, whether it’s feeding, playing, or just keeping them company while their humans are away. Whether I’m staying in someone’s home or welcoming animals into mine, I always try to make them feel safe, loved, and relaxed. 🏡🪴

I’m calm by nature, but I love getting playful and active with dogs during walks and playtime. I also really enjoy the quieter moments, sitting with a cat in my lap or hanging out with a dog on the couch. I treat every pet like they’re my own and understand how important it is to maintain their routines and give them all the attention they deserve. 🐶🐱💖
