Hello,

My name is Semonti and I live in Muziekweg, Almere, with my husband and 2 beagles - Smurf and Pixel. I am originally from India, and lived in Singapore for some time before moving to Amsterdam in mid 2022. 

I have always been an ardent dog person for as long as I can remember. Since I was not permitted to have pets at home growing up, I used to feed and take care of the community dogs in my locality - that was my way of being close to those wonderful beings! My husband however grew up with dogs. Once we got our own place, the first thing we did was adopt a dog. Then we got another dog for my first dog and that is how we ended up with Smurf and Pixel. Now, we wish to share our home and our time with furballs whose parents are away and who need looking after.

We live in a spacious 3 storey house with ample space for the dogs to laze around. There is a big, fenced backyard which is a favourite with the dogs for fun, frolick and soaking up the sun! There are nice walkways and parks around our locality and Beatrixpark Almere is a 5 minutes walk from our place. 

I am currently working from home permanently in a fully remote company and my husband also works from home 3-4 days a week. We are mostly always at home, except for maybe an hour or two sometimes when we go grocery shopping or hit the gym. Being a pet parent myself, I understand the importance of having a safe place to keep my boys when I am out of town, and I wish to offer the same peace of mind to fellow pet parents as well. I will ensure your dog is comfortable, well looked after and enjoy their time to the fullest while they are with us. During the stay at my place, I can walk your dog as per their schedule and preference. With regards to sleeping arrangements, your dog can sleep in the master bedroom with us, or if they prefer, in any of the other rooms, on designated dog beds.
