Hoi! Ik ben Adri. Mijn Nederlands is slecht, sorry! Maar ik ben een zeer ervaren dierenoppas en trainer. :)

My name is Adri, and I am a photographer who loves animals! I grew up in rural Northern California, where there are no-doubt more animals than people, so I have experience working with all kinds of critters. This includes everything from spiders, to dogs and cats, and livestock!

Back in California, I owned and worked with a huge variety of animals, including: mice, rats, sheep, goats, chickens, snakes, dogs, cats, and horses. I spent time volunteering with wildlife rescue, and worked at a nature park that cared for wild animals that were unable to be released back to the wild. I've been up-close and personal with critters ranging from pythons, to tegus, vultures and birds of prey, skunks, foxes, and even a porcupine and a bobcat. However, even with the countless critters that I've photographed, dogs and cats always have the strongest grip on my heart.

I adopted my Border Collie when I was just 15 years old, and she inspired me to start fostering dogs for shelters and rescues. As I began this volunteer work, I quickly realized that good photos helped animals get adopted much faster. So I picked up my moms old DSLR camera, and started learning how to take better photos. Dogs were my main photography subject for several years, and I learned quickly how to take amazing photos of them.

I am proud to say that my photos have saved death-row dogs at high-kill shelters. Nowadays, my work is more focused on travel, nature, and wildlife - but I will always have that soft spot in my heart for pets, especially dogs.

I often like to photograph and take videos of animals that I work with, to sell on my stock photography sites. If you don't want photos/videos of your animals sold, no problem. If you don't mind me selling photos & videos of them, then you will receive full-quality versions of any media I take. No extra charge, of course!
