Yuyue

I am Yuyue (Yoyo) from China, currently studying at UvA. I have two cats and a dog back home (all rescued – cats are 1 and 3 years old, and the dog is 5 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few months old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around :). 

I also recently volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends!

I will offer the best care for your pets. I can spend almost my whole day with them since I mainly study at home. I might will leave home for groceries etc but not longer than 2 hours. My dog walks are around half an hour and 2-3 times per day. I am available for contact anytime between 9-23, could always send pictures or videos of them to you when they are staying at my place. I only take one pet board at the same time.

I live in the west of Amsterdam, in an apartment building with my own room that has enough space for pets to play around (a loft room with two layers – cats love playing around with the stairs). The guest pet is allowed to play and sleep anywhere in my room including my bed.

For home visits, I will stay with the pet for around half an hour. The dog walks will also be around half an hour, and I can go to specific areas if you requested. I can also water the plants or bring the mails if needed. For home sitting, I can stay in your place for the whole day and I will make sure to lock the doors for security.
