About me:

Hello!! I am a full-time software engineer living in Utrecht who is obsessed with animals. I grew up in India but moved to the Netherlands 5 years ago for my studies and I must say the only thing I regret about moving to the Netherlands was leaving my 8 dogs behind with my parents. I have attached some of their pictures in my profile. I was an active sitter in pawshake when I was a student a few years ago. After moving multiple houses, I am finally able to pet sit again.

I have been involved with animal welfare since I was a little kid. Being involved with stray animal rescues back in India has opened up a whole world of pet care to me, ranging from dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, even rats, and squirrels. I currently do not have a pet of my own. So my house will be your pet's kingdom when (s)he comes over.

Apartment/ Neighborhood Information:

I am located very close to Utrecht Centraal in the Lombok neighborhood. I live by myself and have no pets of my own so when your little one comes over, he or she is guaranteed tons of attention and outdoor playtime. Prior house visits are always welcome. The ground-floor apartment has a small garden of its own to relax during summertime. The garden is fully enclosed with brick walls as well. I have attached pictures of the outdoor garden space and the park nearby in my profile. I also house-sit the pets who are more comfortable in their own house. I hope to make plenty of new friends through pawshake.

Services and what's included:

Boarding with an overnight stay at petsitter's place:

Since I will be working from home, I will be with your pet all the time except for the supermarket or sport facility visits of approx. 1 hour. I can host a maximum of 2 small-medium size dogs or 1 large dog at a time.

Daycare at petsitter's place:

During daycare, I will be with your pet the whole time. I can pet sit 2 small-medium size dogs or 1 large dog at a time. Also, the same maximum of 2 cats at a time applies.

Walking:

I also offer walking services of 30 mins, one time a day.

House visits at pet's place:

I offer one visit a day of 30 mins long for pets that are comfortable in their own home. If you live close by, then I am also flexible with staying a bit longer or visiting more than once with your pets. I usually play with the pets and feed them.

House sitting at pet's place:

For house sitting, I will stay with your pets the whole time except for supermarket visits. I will also, walk your dog(s) two times a day. Do you have plants that need watering? Also, let me know if I need to take care of them.

For all the above services, without a question, I feed your pets, play with them, and I can also administer oral and eye medications, if necessary.
