Hi,
My name is Amélie, I am French/Canadian and 27 years old. Currently, I am a freelance art historian and researcher. Having a furry companion is a perfect way to make the most of my free time to the service of my neighbours.
I love animals and have been sitting my friend’s pets for years because I could never have one of my own. I have mostly experience with taking care of dogs, small, big, young, old, friendly, and grumpy. I know how to adapt to their needs and give them the love, attention, and space they deserve.
I moved to Amsterdam four years ago for my studies and now live with my boyfriend in Oud-West near the Vondelpark. I would love to take your dogs out to the park, play, run or just sit around to enjoy the fresh air. I am an active, light-hearted and reliable person.
I love being outdoors in any weather and at any time. I am available for walks, day care of overnight stays. Our studio-apartment is about 40 square meters with no flatmate. For overnight, I accept one dog at a time or more from the same household. I make sure to walk dogs at least three times a day for minimum 30 minutes per walk.
I can house sit any days of the week. I offer to take care of the house and do everything for the animal to feel at ease and you will never know I was there.
I am open to sitting cats as well!
