Hello, kia ora 👋 I am Lydia, nice to meet you. A lil' bit about me:

❣️ Recently relocated to Amsterdam, Netherlands from Auckland, New Zealand.

❣️ Come from a big animal loving family, having grown up with dogs, cats, chickens, birds and guniea pigs.

❣️ An experienced puppy foster and animal rescue fundraiser. I have also lived with reactive dogs and understand their needs / special quirks.

❣️ In my early thirties and am responsible, reliable, warm and calm.

What I can provide for your pet friends:

I am currently missing some four-legged company in my life, so would welcome the opportunity to take care of your animal friends.

Happy to look after cats, dogs and anything else that may require a temporary home. I was the "go-to" person back home for friends and family's pets, so have plenty of experience pet sitting.

Happy to provide day-time walks and overnight stays at my place for 1 - 5 days at a time. I ensure a quiet, calm environment full of enrichment, exercise and most importantly, plenty of cuddles and pats. Regular photo updates will be provided for extra peace of mind.

My space:

I live on a top floor apartment with a private outdoor patio area. I love my cosy studio space but note, there is no elevator so please consider this based on your animal's mobility.

I am located very close to a dog park and subject to your dog's sociability, I am happy to take them there to hang out with fellow dog friends. I also appreciate that this won't suit all dogs and will respect your guidance on what kind of exercise is best for them.

Why I am doing this:

❣️ I'm doing this for the company not the money while I look for full-time employment. All payments will be taken and made as donations to UAnimals, an organisation saving animals lives in the war in Ukraine. Proof of donation will be provided.
