Hi this is Natascha,

I am coming back out of retirement, currently I am in between jobs and I was thinking what better thing to do then to dog-sit to keep me active and happy.

I am 27 from Germany been living in the Netherlands for around 5 years. I always grew up having a dog by my side but I moved out of my parents 7 years ago, so I have been missing constant contact with dogs.

(One of the red cocker spaniels is my parents dog IDA who comes for visits once in a while)

I already have two regulars in my ever changing schedule. Abba a cute cocker spaniel and Pepe a little wiener dog, they also love to hang out together.

I am happy to add some more regulars or holiday dogs to that list. I am happy building relationships with the dog and seeing them more than once.

Currently I am living with two friends that are also dog lovers and very happy to have them around. We live in a big (91sqm) flat 3 min away from Vondelpark, so the dogs have lots of opportunity's to go out. If they are comfortable in the bike-basked I love going to Amsterdamse bos. We have a shared garden and lots of dog lovers in our apartment complex.

I prefer to have a little meet and greet to get to know each other before taking a dog for a longer time to see if the dog is comfortable.

Our services:

I am unfortunately highly allergic to cats so I am not able to persist or visit homes with cats!

Dog Walking:

- very playful dog walk from at least 1h

Doggy Day Care:

- we have a big living space

- currently I am free so I am full time available for dog sitting especially during working hours

- at least one very long walk with some games and some pee breaks in between, vondelpark is right around the corner

- dog can be fed after consultation

Dog Boarding:

- a secure place for the dog, sleep (doggy bed/ or couch)

- dog will be walked at least 2x a day for min 45min and will be brought out for some pee breaks as needed

- dog will not be left alone longer than 3 h otherwise the dog will be taken and can join physical activities like sports or running

- dog will get food as much as advised by the owner

I can transport smaller dogs in my bike basket (when they feel comfy with it).

My experiences with dogs are straightforward, I went to dog school with our first dog back when I was 12 and did agility training with her. I understand the basics of owning and training a dog, and how to read their behaviors. Obviously, every dog is different and every owner has their own methods, that's why I always would like to meet up for a small meet and greet beforehand. Before boarding a dog I would like to meet them before for a walk or take care of the dog for a day. I am always super easy to reach by phone and very happy to send you pictures and updates about your dog!
