Dear pet-parent
Thank you for visiting my profile! I am excited to tell you how much fun your pet and I are going to have.
Who am I?
I am originally from Germany but have lived in London for a long time before I moved with my husband to Amsterdam two years ago.
I am an animal lover who has finally taken the decision, after many years in the corporate world, to give up my office job and look after animals full-time! I am currently volunteering at multiple organisations and also am taking various courses in animal behaviour and anthrozoology.
I like to be active, but am not a gym bunny, so I really enjoy wandering the great Amsterdam outdoors and frequently visit Amsterdamse Bos, Vondelpark and Beatrix Park. If I don't roam parks I like to read, learn the Ukulele or cycle.
Experience:
I've grown up with dogs and various other animals such as bunnies, cats and birds. I have experience in looking after them, walking them, administer medicine, and do a whole lot of fun stuff.
Due to my involvement in a city farm, I also have taken care of sheep, horses and various birds, such as chickens. Recently I completed an internship working with seals!
What can you expect?
I really care and know that every owner is raising their pet differently. I am happy to accommodate your wishes fully and happy to send updates and pictures of how your pet and I are spending our time together. As I enjoy being outside, you can expect me to walk your dog for at least 45min and if you require house-visits they are also exceeding the suggested time by Pwshake.
Availability:
I am
flexible but I would love to take a dog to accompany me on a morning walk. I have two bunnies myself so I am not available for house sitting.
I speak English and German and am currently learning to speak Dutch (B2)
If you have made it all the way to the bottom of this essay, please get in touch! I am sure your pet and I will have a wonderful time.
All perfect. In time, quick responses and most important Nina took great care of our dog Pepe 😁
