Oksana

Hi! I'm Oksana and I live with my boyfriend Ted in Almere. He is Dutch and I am Russian and we have 2 fur babies - maine coon named Chase (young fluffy goofball) and a small tubby cat named Kitty (sofisticated and independent lady with a character).

We recently moved to Almere and don't know many people here yet who could help us catsit when we're on holidays.

I found pawshake and it is an amazing service, so we wanted to do this in return for other people in the same situation who are worried about leaving their kitties alone.

We have spent our whole lives around cats. The cats I owned in Russia all got to live to around 20 years old so I know how to take care of young and old kitties. With the shy or independent cats (like our Kitty)

I know how to respect their space and to cuddly cats (like Chase) I will give all the cuddles in the world. We do not have much experience with dogs and Kitty hates other cats, so we can only offer cat sitting at your place. That is proved to be less stressful for cats anyway, because as their owners are gone at least they have their territory and their favourite pillow to sleep on.

We both work at home with a very flexible schedule and only 4 days a week, so we have lots of time to visit your house and give some love to your kitties. We will go an extra mile than just giving them food and water, we will rub their bellies (if they like that), scratch their chins and ask about their day :) We will follow all the special instructions you might have. We also have lots of cat toys at home which we could bring with us to entertain your fluffy babies. We will clean their litter and can water plants as well if required.
