About Joey

Gender: MaleYear of birth: 2012
This is my baby boy Joey. He was a rescue. He was severely abused and they were going to put him to sleep because he had behavior problems and they said he was untrainable. I adopted him and worked with him and he is such a sweet boy. He was 4 when I adopted him and he is now 11. The poor boy suffered horrific abuse. He is now a happy and very spoiled little boy! He also LOVES his bow ties! He gets so excited when he sees one and loves to pick them out. Yes, he will choose his own bow ties. And he won’t pick a regular collar. I call him my little professional boy. He also loves his sweaters. When it gets cold, he will go to his little closet and pull one out that he wants to wear and bring it and drop it and stare at me until I put it on. It’s so cute! He also can’t drink out of a bowl because he has throat issues so he has his very own glass that he picked out to drink from. When he wants water, he touches me and looks at his glass. He is just a constant reminder that nothing is ever too broken if you take the time and have a little patience and compassion.
